Return Policy

Our company offers a right of return policy within a specified period of 10 days from the date of receiving the request after ensuring that certain conditions are met:

  • First: If the product is damaged or contains a factory defect.
  • Second: In the event that there is no manufacturer's defect, the customer can replace the product, which is in its original condition, with all its parts, provided that the fitted sheet has not been opened.
  • Third: The customer must pay the shipping fee when REPLACING OR EXCHANGE the product, with a value of (30) dirhams.
  • Fourth: For health reasons, it is forbidden to return or replace all of the robes, towels, sleeping pillows,  mattres toppers or sheets.
  • Fifth: A representative of the shipping company will be sent to the customer’s home within 3 days.

Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the shipping company we deal with, with tracking and drop-off without signature.

If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
